The ultimate in restoration in self care. Together we will create the perfect plan just for you. Over the course of three days, we can truly nourish the whole being.

This is a One-on-One Personal Retreat was created JUST FOR YOU.

Do you want a teacher all to yourself? You’re in luck, this IS the retreat for you! Based on your choices, a curated experience will be crafted just for YOU. If you want hiking, paddling and yoga- you got it! If you need time to be quite, still and restore- we have that too!
Expect a full itinerary, packing list and any additional notes you will need to make the perfect retreat.
Based on the nature of this retreat please inquire before booking to secure your dates! Once we have a date your retreat is secured. At that point I would book your accommodations if you choose to extend your stay. We will keep chatting and I will be sending you a custom retreat complete with packing lists, itinerary, meal options and possible add-ons to make your retreat spectacular!
