So we recommend leaving early and going slow, arriving at your accommodation is NOT the goal. The moment you leave you retreat has begun- for you are already connecting with your sisters.

No matter the retreat length, we will have a scheduled Video Chat about 10 days post retreat. This is a wonderful time to talk about the integration of our life experience. When we return to the “real world” sometimes what we need most is to talk about all we have learned.
All Sample Itineraries are examples of a One Day Retreat. If you would like to stay longer, we would LOVE to have you! We will customize your retreat so that is is perfect just for YOUR group.
