Retreats with A Door Within are here to support your relaxation and connection to those you want to spend your time with. This retreat is the same price whether there are two or eight ladies. So we recommend leaving early and going slow, arriving at your accommodation is NOT the goal. The moment you leave you retreat has begun- for you are already connecting with your sisters.

    A Group Mini Retreat is $499 and runs 9a-2p for up to 8 guests.

    This Mini-Personalized Group Retreat includes: a 60 minute yoga session, Space prompted reflection, and a seasonal meal. Your retreat will also be able to choose from; forest bathing, Yoga Nidra Sound bath or an Introspective Art Workshop!

    • Book an space for you to relax and renew. A Door Within will come to you (see FAQs).

    • Let’s talk meals! Depending on your retreat, meals vary. Please check with specific retreat to determine included meals. If you would rather, we have many recommendations for healthy lunch choices to meet your needs.

    • You will receive a questionnaire and from there your retreat will be built. Please be sure to check your email.

    • I have everything, but if you love your mat, bring it!

    • comfortable clothing + walking shoes (think layers Door County weather varies so socks, coats, hat, shorts and a scarf could all be used (in the same day). Depending on the time of year and where you are staying, we will recommend what to pack. Town by town and how the wind blows impacts what you will need to bring.

  • If your breathing, your doing yoga.

    But if you are concerned- acknowledge that we practice many forms and types of yoga. Beginners are always welcome, but our practice may be restorative, a guided meditation, yoga thai massage or power flow. I am an experienced teacher who will accommodate your needs.

  • A beginner can absolutely go on a yoga retreat! Yoga retreats cater to individuals of all levels, including those who are new to yoga. Many are designed to be inclusive and provide a supportive environment for beginners to explore and deepen their practice.

  • This is a YOGIC retreat. We are doing “yoga” the whole time. But the physical practice is about one hour each day. Plus a 30-60 minute guided meditation.

    If you are interested, now is the time to maybe try another class before you come. Just to give yourself an idea of where you are at and what you would like to experience while on retreat. This is the beauty of a personal retreat, I am able to accommodate for your needs and desires.

  • Please fill out your intake forms early so that I can create a class that accommodates your body and needs. The more I know the better I can help protect your body.

  • This is completely dependent on YOU! This is your retreat. I recommend coming in early the day before so that you can be settled in. I have an amazing list of accommodations that I recommend. based on your retreat, we will fit the times to best fit you. Some people like to make retreat a part of an extended weekend or a week long stay. The beauty of a personal retreat is that you can make it your own!
