    Building on the basic poses, Vinyasa yoga is designed to start challenging you with a greater variety of pose variations and a faster moving sequence linking the movements with your breath. Directions for increasing or decreasing the level of difficulty are provided for students to decide the best level for themselves. Vinyasa includes postures that are rooted in the sun salutations and are meant to improve muscular strength and flexibility. The flowing movement through poses builds heat in the body to prepare the student to restorative stretches and relaxation toward the end of class.

  • Yoga Womb Yoga

    Yoga Womb | Monday @8a | Wednesday @5:30a

    Vinyasa Flow is an all level class with postures linked together by breath. Directions for increasing or decreasing the level of difficulty are provided for students to decide the best posture for themselves within that moment. Help build both strength and flexibility to balance the body. Breath control is emphasized throughout. As we flow through poses, each movement builds heat in the body to prepare for restorative stretches and final relaxation.

    Slow Flow Vinyasa will work you through your entire body at a slower pace where you will be challenged but supported by moving at a slower pace to properly navigate balance, alignment and skillful transitions with enough time for a deep cool down and stretch.
