Choose the theme and style of your retreat.

No matter the retreat length, we will have a scheduled Video Chat about 10 days post retreat. This is a wonderful time to talk about the integration of our life experience. When we return to the “real world” sometimes what we need most is to talk about all we have learned.

    • Confirm your dates with an inquiry. Once you are confirmed with dates, BOOK your retreat. (50% Deposit)

    • Let’s talk meals! Depending on your retreat, meals vary. Please check with specific retreat to determine included meals. If you would rather, we have many recommendations for healthy lunch choices to meet your needs.

    • You will receive a questionnaire and from there your retreat will be built. Please be sure to check your email.

Depending on the time of year and where you are staying, we will recommend what to pack. Town by town and how the wind blows impacts what you will need to bring.
