One thing is for sure. We eat REALLY well while on retreat.
I am passionate about cooking and I promise my love is in every meal.
I love to experiment with gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian. So if you have dietary needs, please reach out. I will be sure your well fed!
Most importantly I love nurture the female body. I try to create meals that connect with our hearts, guts and what we truly need for the time of year and will best foster vitality.

Peanut Butter Balls: I do not add coconut but I do add hemp hearts, and protein powder for extra power!
