Private Sound Bath

from $125.00

Private 60 minute Crystal Bowl Sound Bath cost is for 1-4 participants with all props included. Each additional participant is $25 (Up to 10 guests)

Experience a private crystal bowl sound bath—a focused, restorative session designed to relax the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support energetic balance. Using a set of tuned crystal singing bowls, the facilitator creates resonant, sustained tones that deliver deep vibration to the body and subtle shifts in mental state. In a private setting, the soundscape is tailored to your needs, pace, and intentions.

What to expect

  • Personalized intake: A brief check-in to learn about your physical, emotional, and energetic goals for the session.

  • Comfortable environment: Soft lighting, mats, bolsters, blankets, and optional eye coverings to support relaxation.

  • Guided beginning and closing: Gentle spoken guidance to help you arrive and integrate the experience.

  • Optional Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation during sound healing

  • Sound immersion: Practiced bowl techniques produce a layered field of sound—long tones, harmonics, and overtones—that wash through and around you.

  • Duration: Typical private sessions run 60 minutes, though lengths can be adjusted to suit your schedule.

Benefits people commonly report

  • Deep physical relaxation and reduced muscle tension

  • Lowered stress and anxiety; calmer mind

  • Improved sleep quality and recovery

  • Heightened sense of presence and emotional release

  • Subtle shifts in energy flow and clarity

Who it’s for

  • Anyone seeking a deeply relaxing, one-on-one sound experience

  • People with chronic stress, sleep disturbances, or body tension

  • Those who prefer a quieter, more individualized session than a group sound bath

  • Individuals in need of gentle, non-invasive support for emotional or energetic reset

Preparation and what to bring

  • Wear comfortable, layered clothing

  • A yoga mat, blanket, bolster and eye mask are provided

  • Personal option: I have had participants bring a blow up mat, sleeping bag and pillow- even an anti-gravity chair! The ideal position is whatever will allow your body to be in a deeply relaxed state where the tension and melt away.

  • Avoid heavy meals immediately before the session

  • Share any medical concerns, sensory sensitivities, or recent head injuries during intake

Contraindications and precautions

  • Sound work is generally gentle, but notify the facilitator of pregnancy, epilepsy, implanted medical devices, severe psychiatric conditions, or recent head trauma so the session can be adapted or rescheduled.

  • If loud sounds or sustained vibrations cause discomfort, the facilitator will adjust volume and proximity.

  • If you are wearing hearing aids, you will need to remove for your safety

After the session

  • Allow time for quiet reflection and gentle movement

  • Hydrate; many people notice increased thirst

  • Some clients report residual sensations (tiredness, emotional release, lightness) that normalize within 24–72 hours

  • The facilitator can suggest follow-up practices—breathwork, grounding exercises, or recorded tones for home use

Booking and custom options Private sessions can be scheduled in studio or at-home (travel fees apply).

Charge is $1.00 per mile round trip to your location from the Sturgeon Bay YMCA.

To arrange a session, provide preferred dates and any relevant health notes so the experience can be prepared to best meet your needs.

No different than any practice, a short practice is beneficial, but a long practice you can deeply sink into the sound and restoration of the space.
