crystal clear
I am currently working really hard at being 100% crystal clear of what I want while at the same time being 100% accepting of the outcome.

This balance is a challenge because sometimes it is hard to be accepting of what you receive because it is not EXACTLY what you had envisioned.
Example, you say- I want a bigger house.
A few months later, there comes an offering of a bigger house and even better location! It is also a project. There are flooding issues and no landscaping. Yes, the mortgage is currently the same, but if you add in the necessary renovations, time spent re-doing the yard, cost of moving, and new furniture. Is it what you wanted?
Were you crystal clear with what you wanted?
You stated “I want a bigger house.”
You were provided a bigger house.
But what is it that you truly wanted?
I am working on this balance of intentional saying what I want with clarity. I want to be sure that what my intentions are, align with my direction and purpose. I want to be sure that I state EXACTLY my dreams. I have learned that the Universe provides what I ask for. So if I am going to ask, I better be darn clear.
Five years ago this week, I drove down a country road in Door County. I told my husband, “My dream is to live in ANY of these houses. I don’t care if it is a shack! I want to live on THIS road.” We continued driving and about a half hour later, my husband shared. “I didn’t see any shacks on that road. I don’t know if that will be an option.” I informed him it doesn't have to be tomorrow, someday when we retire, that is where I want to be.
Two years later we closed on that same road.
Did I EVER envision myself living in a log cabin? NO.
Is this house smaller than our old house? Yes.
Is this house missing some things I really wish it had? Yes.
Is it a shack? No.
Do I get to live in my dream location far sooner than retirement? HECK YEAH!
Did the Universe provide? Of course.
Set an intent and move with direction and purpose.
This is what I want, this is where I am going, this is who I am.
When I am crystal clear, the Universe knows exactly what to give me.
Because if you are NOT clear, then no one else knows what you want.
