3-6-9

The 3-6-9 method involves writing down what you'd like to manifest three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening.

This manifestation practice tracks with the law of attraction, which states that we tend to attract what we give our attention to. By consistently focusing on what you desire, we may help our brain find what it is looking for and thus magnetize our desires into manifestation.

  • Take three deep cleansing breaths to come into your space

  • Take a moment to think about what you want.

  • Begin by clearly stating what you want to manifest in a few sentences. What is it that you want to draw into your life?

  • Next, write your affirmation as though it has already happened.
