EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping is a tool to connect your physical and emotional bodies. But for me- it does the trick at calming my body into a space where I can still myself into meditation. EFT focuses on nine meridian points to restore balance within your energy body. We use two or three fingers to help move the energy of the body. Using tapping, we are accessing our bodies energy system to control our stress response.
