  • Find a quiet space: Be comfortable and distraction-free.

  • Relax and focus: Take deep cleansing breaths

  • Write: Set a timer for 20 minutes and simply write whatever comes to mind, even if it seems random. Allow your writing to include the distractions, your emotions and fears.

  • Don't Overthink: Just keep writing. There is no need to go back and edit or fix spelling.

  • Go Back: Re-read your thoughts, can you make sense of it? Do you see connections? Is there reason to your thoughts?
