So Hum Guided Meditation
So Hum Japa meditation is a phrase or mantra comprised of two Sanskrit words.
The literal translations are: So: “That” Hum: “I” So Hum then translates to “I Am That.” But many Vedic scholars interpret “That” in the mantra to represent the Universe.
This mantra is then accepted to symbolize that we are all connected as one to the universal energy which supports and nourishes us in all the ways we need and don’t know we need. By using a mala, you can chant with slow deep breaths this mantra 108 times to connect with your self and the universal pulse.
