3 goals

Last month in our Moon Circle, one of the prompts urged us to set three attainable goals for the coming weeks.  

My goals: 

  • Consistent with my daily 5

  • Promote my business in 4 new ways

  • Get together with one friend a week

  • Take a bath each week

(I know there are four- but that’s just who I am, and I accept that)

Current reflection:

  • I have been more consistent with my daily 5 in the past 3 weeks than all summer combined

  • It helps posting my daily 5 updates to social media- it has pushed me surprisingly into different marketing strategies and I am loving where this is going!  I am excited by the little steps I am taking each day

  • I have seen more friends in the past 3 weeks than the previous 9 months combined!  Why is this not ALWAYS a priority! 

  • Baths- this has been my “struggle”.  I have taken 2. Have I had the time?  Yes. Have I given myself that self care? Yes. Is it as often as I hoped?  Close. That is good enough, I give myself grace.

Where does this leave me?

Excitedly planning for next Sunday!  I cannot wait to meet with Circle again on Sunday.  I love this time where we gather, share and reflect on where we are and where we want to be.  

This weekend, I have two private retreats. By Sunday night, I know I am going to be ready to dive into my personal self care.  After three days of honoring, respecting and seeing women for who they truly are, I love giving myself a few days to do the same. 

What are my pre-retreat plans?  SELF LOVE.

I will be doing plenty in preparation, but what needs the most centered love is making sure my energy body is in a safe, balanced space.
