Today, I invite you to read my reflections and make time just for you.
Maybe it is time to book a Personal Retreat
where you can slow down, reflect and adore all that is within.
Grow Within
20/20
What were some things that seemed so important that it took up every moment while you were awake and woke you up in the middle of the night.
What was something so transformative that you could do nothing but think about THAT.
honor
As I sat gazing over class I sent a collective well wish, and gratitude for students who know how to listen within.
What we want is rest.
extreme
As we observe and watch, we must see experience and acknowledge what are the extremes that push us to new levels of consciousness. But even from our coldest moments, the warmth will come again.
discomfort
Today, I invite you into the discomfort. Breathe into and through it. The pain creates the opportunity for release. The release creates opportunity for space. The space creates opportunity for clarity. The clarity creates opportunity for growth.
zero
About once a year, you're just not in the right head space to teach your next class. I had had an incredible day, seriously, it was wonderful! I was full of smiles and joy. It was a balanced, healthy day that was just what I needed. Then there was one moment when it all came crashing. It happened so fast and furious, I bottomed out.
standpoint
When you come to a standpoint in life, no matter the situation, do you ever think about both options in a positive tone? Why can’t you always win?
carrying
You are an incredible human with the capacity to carry all you need. I urge you to set down what no longer serves you and leave it in the container of 2025. With renewed strength and determination, I challenge you to carry the good.
heart song
Father asked us to truly listen to our hearts and ask our heart what it is that we truly desire this holiday season. He asked to take a moment of silence and listen to our hearts. My heart in this moment responded, health and vitality.
in action vs. inaction
Sometimes we are so “in action” that we forget how to just be. Action involves taking proactive steps to achieve a goal, while inaction involves doing nothing and allowing events to unfold on their own.
the pickle
My sons asked me after one had found the pickle and opened the little gift, “Why do we hide a pickle?” To which my husband replied, “I think it's a German tradition”. Me being the one who needs the answers, does the ultimate fact check- I Googled it.
